* Advanced A/B/C Three-Layer Co-Extrusion Technology
Utilizes three independent, high-performance nitrided screws and a precision central-fed spiral die head to perfectly merge different material properties, drastically reducing raw material costs while optimizing film puncture resistance and elongation.
* Dynamic Oscillating Take-up System (360° Reversing Haul-off)
Driven by an independent, high-precision reversing motor, the upper haul-off frame continuously rotates left and right at 360 degrees. This mathematically distributes any micro-gauge variations evenly across the roll, totally eliminating “slack edges” and “baggy roll wrinkles” to deliver flawlessly flat film rolls for downstream high-speed printing and lamination.
* High-Output Internal Bubble Cooling System (IBC)
Equipped with an automated internal air exchange system inside the bubble, regulated by sensitive ultrasonic sensors. The IBC system accelerates cooling, multiplies hourly production volume by up to 30%-40%, and significantly enhances film optical transparency and gloss.
* Heavy-Duty Dual-Station Automatic Surface Winder
Features a centralized, smart PLC-controlled automatic winder with taper tension regulation, automatic cutting, and pneumatic roll switching, allowing operators to achieve uniform, tight, and professional film roll winding without stopping the machine.
